For complex projects that involve significant physical plant and equipment upgrades or changes, we coordinate the selection of third-party experts and monitor them as part of the overall renovation process. During the construction period, we regularly inspect and provide progress reports, complete with photographic documentation, to our clients.
Our closeout administration includes the successful turn-over of renovated spaces to hotel operations and providing final record documentation to ownership.
