Renovation of a 10-hotel portfolio. Work began in the spring of 2023 and concluded by late fall 2023. Improvements included exterior re-image of all ten properties, new concrete patios with trellis and fire pit, exterior signage, complete lobby renovation, fitness center expansion, full replacement of public area and guest room doors, new case & soft goods in guest rooms.
