With over 30 years of hotel operations and management, Lea Ann has extensive experience with hotel renovation and development. She is the former COO/Principal of Milestone Hospitality Management, an owner operator franchise model, and the former SVP of Grand Heritage Hotels International, owner operator of historic brands in U.S. and Western Europe.

During tenure at Milestone and Grand Heritage, Lea Ann managed interior design, architectural, purchasing, and construction team for PIP renovations and adaptive re-use projects. She obtained a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Lea Ann is the past president and current member of the board of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society.
